Hey there, I agree that in the past Sago had a lot of problems. They were a budget datacenter, and operated that way. One of their largest problems came when they bought a company called UnitedColo, and shipped all their servers across the US, without anyone at United having told any of their customers. Those power/network connections that you mentioned were indeed a big problem. However, when I went to find a place to colocate this server, I did a lot of reading about the few datacenters in the central florida area. What I found was that sometime around February/March of this year, Sago underwent a large shift. They changed their motive from providing a budget colo center, to providing a quality facility. Everything I read from current Sago customers indicated that they were now commited to having a stable, fast network. Since starting with them, my experience has been the same. I've had a constant ssh connection to the server running top, and the only problem I've had was over a month ago, and was resolved in a matter of minutes. I know in this industry that your reputation is almost everything, though I strongly feel that Sago is now commited to providing a great service. If they where still having all the problems that plagued them in the past, I absolutely would not have my server there. Mark, I just used 500 as a default, and figured you all would know a better minimum. Raising this shouldn't be a problem. ~kari Andryan wrote: >Hello people! >Based on my experience few months ago, SagoNet (did|does) not have reliable >network.
