For example, I hope that I am still considered worthy of being in the EB, but if I could run lik-m-aid anymore than I wouldn't be an IRC admin. I also think that soon it will be time when we should look into ways of electing and removing EB members, but that will need a lot of though, particularly on who exactly is allowed to do the voting.
