The testlink period for cookies.on.ca.blitzed.org is now complete
So, all servers' voters now need to cast one of the following votes:
1. Approve the permlink - cookies will become a fully linked server,
with voting privileges etc.
2. Deny the permlink - cookies will be delinked.
3. Extend the testlink further.
4. Abstain.
