This looks quite interesting, although I would like to see a couple
of additional features:

- A "spamtrap" channel filled with pseudoclients to keep it slightly
  larger than the largest channel on the network.  This would help
  encourage the spambots to join it before they go to any real
  channels.

- PCRE or at least POSIX regexps.

So if anyone feels like hacking that in I would happily give my
blessing for such a thing to be connected to Blitzed, FWIW.
