To keep it consistent, we should have all admin votes sent to votes@.

I don't mind testlink votes and such being in public, but I can see your 
point in the mess in actually counting the votes, so for consistency, I 
think it should all go to votes@.

Regarding method of voting, we previously agreed on condorcet, so I 
can't see why this shouldn't be used in ANY type of votes we do.

There is always atleast 3 options: Yay, Nay, Abstain, so condorcet will 
do fine in, almost, any case.
