   The permlink vote for cofee.de.eu.blitzed.org has concluded with a
   majority of admins in favour of granting the server a permlink.

   [1]Phil will now be granted full voting rights in the admin team.
   Please join with us in congratulating him.

   The vote options were as follows:
    1. Approve the permlink - coffee will become a fully linked server.
    2. Deny the permlink - coffee will be delinked.
    3. Extend the testlink further by another 30 days.

   The results were as follows:
     * 8 servers voted 1, 3, 2
     * 2 servers abstained
