   The permlink vote for matzah.mi.us.blitzed.org has concluded with a
   majority of admins in favour of granting the server a permlink.

   [1]Ryan will now be granted full voting rights in the admin team.
   Please join with us in congratulating him.

   The vote options were as follows:
    1. Approve the permlink - matzah will become a fully linked server.
    2. Deny the permlink - matzah will be delinked.
    3. Extend the testlink further by another 30 days.

   The results were as follows:
     * 7 servers voted 1, 3, 2
     * 1 server voted 1, with no preference between 2 and 3.
     * 1 server voted 2, with no preference between 1 and 3.
     * 1 server abstained.
