   [1]quiche.fr.eu.blitzed.org's testlink period is now over. Admins
   should now vote whether quiche will be permlinked.

   Vote options are:
    1. Approve the permlink - quiche will become a fully linked server.
    2. Deny the permlink - quiche will be delinked.
    3. Extend the testlink further by another 30 days.

   All servers eligible to cast votes should do so according to our
   [2]Condorcet method for admin voting, casting votes in order of
   preference (e.g., "321").
