   The permlink vote for quiche.fr.eu.blitzed.org has concluded with a
   majority of admins in favour of granting the server a permlink.

   [1]Simon will now be granted full voting rights in the admin team.
   Please join with us in congratulating him.

   The vote options were as follows:
    1. Approve the permlink - quiche will become a fully linked server.
    2. Deny the permlink - quiche will be delinked.
