   Now that discussion has died down, it is time for admins to vote on
   whether to testlink [1]nyisles server, [2]koolaid.ny.us.blitzed.org.

   All servers eligible to cast votes should do so according to our
   [3]Condorcet method for admin voting, casting votes in order of
   preference (e.g., "ab").
     * a: Grant testlink
     * b: Deny testlink

   Each eligible voter should cast their vote by email, along with
   supporting comments where appropriate, to [4][email protected]

   Eligible voters are:
     * Andryan for mango.va.us.blitzed.org
     * Antony for tabasco.hub.eu.blitzed.org
     * David for cgiirc.*
     * Dean for toblerone.hub.eu.blitzed.org / raisin.hub.us.blitzed.org
     * John for dope.se.eu.blitzed.org
     * Lasse for beer.dk.eu.blitzed.org
     * Phil C for penguin.uk.eu.blitzed.org
     * Phil S for cookies.on.ca.blitzed.org
     * Konstantin for pizza.de.eu.blitzed.org

   Not eligible to vote:
     * Adam for aero.uk.eu.blitzed.org (still in testlink)

   The vote will last until majority is reached, or for 7 days, whichever
   is shorter.
