   Due the recent resignation of [1]grifferz from EB, the Admin team has
   to decide if the [2]Executive Board should be disbanded or kept.

   The EB formerly consisted out of three members, but two of them
   already resigned in August, which grifferz being the last remaining
   member. The discussion resulted in the opinions that the EB should
   either be disbanded and replaced by a Secretary for the Admin Team, or
   that the EB voting procedure should be formalised.

   So there are two options for this vote:
     * A: Disband the Executive Board and appoint an Admin Secretary
       later
     * B: Keep the Executive Board and then decide about an appropriate
       voting procedure

   Each eligible voter should cast their vote by email to
   [3][email protected] Please do not fail in this vote, it bears a
   certain importance for Blitzed's future.

   Eligible voters are:

   The vote will last for 7 days or when all ballots are cast, whichever
   is shorter.
