   It is time for admins to vote on whether to permlink and potentially
   grant hub status to [1]Fraggle's server, [2]syrup.on.ca.blitzed.org.

   All servers eligible to cast votes should do so according to our
   [3]Condorcet method for admin voting, casting votes in order of
   preference (e.g., "bac").
     * a: Grant permlink - client server only
     * b: Grant permlink - hub status granted
     * c: Deny permlink

   Each eligible voter should cast their vote by email to
   [4][email protected]

   Eligible voters are:
     * Andryan for mango.va.us.blitzed.org
     * Antony for tabasco.hub.eu.blitzed.org
     * David for cgiirc.*
     * Dean for toblerone.hub.eu.blitzed.org / raisin.hub.us.blitzed.org
     * John for dope.se.eu.blitzed.org
     * Lasse for beer.dk.eu.blitzed.org
     * Phil C for penguin.uk.eu.blitzed.org
     * Phil S for cookies.on.ca.blitzed.org
     * Konstantin for pizza.de.eu.blitzed.org
     * Philipp for coffee.de.eu.blitzed.org
     * Ryan for matzah.mi.us.blitzed.org
     * Simon for quiche.fr.eu.blitzed.org

   Not eligible to vote:
     * Adam for aero.uk.eu.blitzed.org (still in testlink)
     * Andrew for syrup.on.ca.blitzed.org (subject of vote)

   The vote will last until majority is reached, or for 7 days, whichever
   is shorter.
