   The discussion within the admins about whether to keep or not to keep
   [1]aero has died down.

   The server is still not properly configured. It was approved for
   testlink on 13 Oct 2005. Since then there were issues with the
   negotiation of the C/N lines, with our routing-client and still with
   the BOPM the admin set up. It spent most of time on Blitzed depooled,
   thus not receiving any clients.

   All servers eligible to cast votes should do so according to our
   [2]Condorcet method for admin voting, casting votes in order of
   preference (e.g., "ba").
     * a: Immediate delink
     * b: Restart testlink as soon as the BOPM on aero is properly
       configured

   Each eligible voter should cast their vote by email to
   [3][email protected]

   Eligible voters are:
     * Andryan for mango.va.us.blitzed.org
     * Antony for tabasco.hub.eu.blitzed.org
     * Andrew for syrup.on.ca.blitzed.org
     * David for cgiirc.*

   The vote will last until majority is reached, or for 7 days, whichever
   is shorter.
