I'd like to nominate GeorgeWBush for election to the EB.

There are a number of reasons that I believe GWB would be good
for the post, and a number of things that I think he has contributed
to Blitzed in the past:

* GWB has "participated" in many channels on the Blitzed network.

* GWB often tests the ban implementation of chanserv to ensure that
  it is effective against all sorts of different methods such as
  proxies etc. Testing such functionality is very important.

* GWB frequently challenges Blitzed policy to ensure that the policies
  are thought through on a regular basis. This is surely exactly the
  sort of thing that a member of the EB should be doing? Considering
  network policies at the highest level.

* We can be sure that GWB will not discriminate based on gender.

* GWB has the right sort of hair for the EB position.
