   [1]koolaid.ny.us.blitzed.org's extended testlink period is now over.
   Admins should now vote whether koolaid will be permlinked.

   Vote options are:
     * a: Approve the permlink - koolaid will become a fully linked
       server.
     * b: Deny the permlink - koolaid will be delinked.
     * c: Extend the testlink further by another 30 days.

   All servers eligible to cast votes should do so according to our
   [2]Condorcet method for admin voting, casting votes in order of
   preference (e.g., "abc").
