   The permlink vote for koolaid.ny.us.blitzed.org has concluded with a
   majority of admins in favour of granting the server a permlink.

   [1]nyisles will now be granted full voting rights in the admin team.
   Please join with us in congratulating him.

   The vote options were as follows:
    1. Approve the permlink - koolaid will become a fully linked server.
    2. Deny the permlink - koolaid will be delinked.
    3. Extend the testlink further by another 30 days.

   The results were as follows:
     * 7 servers in favour of permlink.
     * 1 server voted in favour of delink.
     * 1 server voted in favour of extending the testlink 30 days.
     * 2 servers didn't vote.
