problem with bopm

hi

weve just installed bopm on an new freebsd server and it can't scan
anything, all we get in our scan logs and on the log channel is:

[18:11] <BOPM5> DNSBL -> Lookup error on 114.237.134.208.opm.blitzed.org: Refused

I have a copy of this mail waiting in the moderator queue which i did not
mean to send before i had signed up, could a moderator possibly delete
this? thank you :-)
