This is a dnsbl lookup error, not a scanning error, so you have
problems with dns lookups and we should fix that first.

Are you able to look up 114.237.134.208.opm.blitzed.org from the
same shell using dig?

dig -t a 114.237.134.208.opm.blitzed.org

and what does the machine's /etc/resolv.conf contain?
