Negotiation failed

Hi Guys,

I always seem to get Negotiation failed on whatever my bopm scans...

[Dec 11 23:25:39 2004] SCAN -> Negotiation failed 202.29.14.251:8080 (HTTP) 
[default] (559 bytes read)

Now, I know that port 8080 is open and an http proxy.

Telnet is disabled on my shell, but "lynx http://202.29.14.251:8080" worked, so 
I know the port isn't blocked for the box.  This shell does have multiple IPs 
available, so I don't know which one lynx is using.

Any ideas?
