[tor-dnsbl] New Policy

Hi there,

since more and more ppl start to use our blacklist, we got a few
mails about false listing. This is somewhat correct: the list contained
all running nodes, no matter what they allow. As of today our generator
does some rule parsing for every tor node. This means that from now on
we only list tor nodes which actually allow clients to connect to the
following ports: 25, 6660 - 6670, 6697, 7000 - 7005
If some of you use other ports to allow clients to connect to as well,
please give a shout, we'll add them if possible.
