I have to admitt i fail to see the problem here.

bopm will attempt to connect to ports that are known to be used for proxy 
servers. If it can connect to the port or if its prevent to connect really 
doesnt make a difference to bopm, short of tying up resources for a short bit 
if a firewall is dropping incoming connlections. bopm doesnt care until it 
actually IS able to connect to a proxy server and is able to USE that proxy 
server.

In short, bopm doesnt require the client to do anything with his firewall or 
system at all unless it is acting as an open, insecure proxy server.
