That doesn't sound to me like a problem with having BOPMs, unless you mean that there are people running firewalls that will automatically block the server host for X seconds after detecting a portscan. In that case, they would need to set an advanced rule so that all traffic is allowed to the IP address of the server(s) that they connect to. I'm not sure what the problem is that they would need to open up all TCP and UDP(which BOPM doesn't touch) traffic for, unless they have a very poorly-configurable firewall. >Thanks in advance, > >Roberto Waldteufel -Jay
