I haven't found IRCBL documented, but I do have access to the RBL information... 3 - Open Proxy 14 - Source of DDoS 16 - Autorooter 17 - Worm spamming 18 - General Virus (such as flood bots, drones, etc) 19 - Proxy chain tor.ahbl.org only has a single reply, and it is 2.
