DNSBL is documented at http://www.ahbl.org/docs/dnsbl.php

Run through of stuff you might be interested in:
3 - Open Proxy
10 - SOS (People who have sued or attacked blocklists)
11 - ISP doesn't have a working abuse@ address
14 - Host used in DDoS

Now, 19 isn't completely documented, but it's for trojan proxies.

I haven't found IRCBL documented, but I do have access to the RBL information...
3 - Open Proxy
14 - Source of DDoS
16 - Autorooter
17 - Worm spamming
18 - General Virus (such as flood bots, drones, etc)
19 - Proxy chain

tor.ahbl.org only has a single reply, and it is 2.

I am not an AHBL administrator. However, you can contact me offlist
for unofficial AHBL related help via wshs /at/ ahbl (dot) org.
