TOR DNSBL Announce-Mailinglist

Hi there,

since many ppl now use our tor dns blacklist to block tor
connections on their irc networks we opened an announcement
mailinglist to avoid bugging other lists (like this one)
with changes on our list. There will be a few but important
changes this year on the list - so i'd suggest every user
of tor.dnsbl.sectoor.de to join our new mailinglist.

The list is for announcements only - so very low traffic.
