   I typed /mode #gcc
   result is +n
   after join into this channel , I still can not say anything .
   what does this mean?  Irssi: #gcc: Total of 128 nicks [0 ops, 0 halfops, 0 voices, 128 normal]
   why 0 voices? we are all normal ,why  can not I speak ?
