CVS 20041024 WONT COMPILE ON FREEBSD 4.9-R

Hey all,

I downloaded today's CVS today because one of the scripts I use was
updated to only work with a CVS version.

I extracted and ran ./autogen.sh as root and received errors saying
that I had to have

automake
autoconf
libtools

They are all Installed and portupgraded to the latest versions yet
autogen still wont run.
The INSTALL tells me to run ./configure but that file does not exist
in the CVS I downloaded.

Anyone know of a work-around that will get me updated?
