  Note that if they are using the /dccserver feature to send to you then
the auto accept doesn't seem to work:

It'll work fine for normal DCCs, but not auto-accept a /dccserver one, I
assume as a security measure.  That or whoever did the /dccserver code
in Irssi just didn't get around to matching up the incoming host to an
IRC user (at least vaguely possible).
