Right justification of time stamp

I am looking for a way to make the theme option to use timestamps at the
end of the line make it right justify them to the far end of the screen.
I am not sure if this is possible or not; but figured this would be a
good place to ask.  To demonstrate I've let three glasses of bourbon
help me with the following art project:
| <nickanme> Blah blah blah blah              23:41|
| nickname joins channel                      23:41|
