limit irssi_proxy to localhost ?

Hello I am happily running irssi
and the irssi_proxy module

I can set up a connection, run the proxy commands,
and connect to the proxy from somewhere else.

I would like to limit the possible ip addresses
that can connect to the proxy to 'localhost'
or '127.0.0.1' ,  since I can easily
just set up a SSH tunnel to the machine
running irssi_proxy.

How do I do that?
