irssi2 updates

After a year of not really doing anything to irssi2, in the last few
days I've managed to add several pretty nice UI features:

Any help would be welcome. There's still a lot to be done before it's
actually usable. It's still missing a lot of basic features which should
be pretty easy to implement. You could also help by documenting the
Icecap protocol in the wiki, giving great new ideas, etc. :)

One thing I've been recently wondering is if Irssi's themeing system
could be done better. I can't really think of how though.

Also how exactly 

I think Irssi2 is somewhat offtopic in this list though, so replies
