Aye, anything except #irssi on foonetic ( i think, possibly efnet ) and
#irssi on freenode (where I idle) are all pretty much dead.

If you want to revamp the website the best thing you can do is start writing
something, even if its just HTML pages.  AFAIK, they want a perl based
solution rather than ruby or php if you do something dynamic.  Talk to
coekie on #irssi @ freenode about it.
