Ignore join/leave messages but exclude from active users

Hello.

People join and leave very often on some channels that I'm using. This can
sometimes be so much that it makes it hard to follow conversations, so I
configured irssi to ignore all joins, parts, quits and modes messages.
However, while that is an improvement it's still not perfect because I am
interested in some of these actions, particularly from the ones that have
recently sent a message to the channel. How can I configure irssi to ignore
all those status messages except for those coming from people that recently
talked?
