configuring MUC

I installed jabber 1.4.3 and jabbrr-muc 0.6.0 all from ubuntu intrepid 
packages.
http://lab.vectoris.fr/projects/vectoris/browser/Jabberconf/trunk/jabber.xml
is my jabber.xml file.

/usr/share/doc/jabber-muc/README.Debian
tells me to:

For jabberd server, add the following to the <service> section of its
configuration file.

   <service id="muclinker">
     <host>conference.localhost</host>
     <accept>
       <ip>127.0.0.1</ip>
       <port>31518</port>
       <secret>secret</secret>
     </accept>
   </service>

But, as you can see, there are many <service> tags in the file.
Wher should I put the muc service XML part?

By the way, the jud part [1] is also misplaced, because not working, 
would you help me to place is in the relevent part of htat file?
