How to setup ejabberd to direct a newly-registered user to a conference room or a personal administrator?

Hi,
I am new to jabberd and I am using ejabberd 2.0.5 on FreeBSD 7.2.
Now when a new user registered, ejabberd pop out a welcome window
which is owned by a special user called "system". And the new user can
chat with "him". I do not know how to replace this user(system) and
obviously there is no such a person called "system".
I would have an real administrator  registered as "system" and can
really chat with the new user. The "system" word should be
configurable.
Or I would re-direct the newly registered user to a default conference room.
Can some one please help me?
