Need API for Jabberd2

Hi All, As I need to extend jabberd2 as a custom need I am looking for API documentation of it. But still i could not find one. But I found the API for jabberd14 (which is said the original implementation of jabber protocol). So im thinking to uninstall jabberd2 and reinstall jabberd14. But seems jabberd14 is little older. Does anybody have a complete API for jabberd2 ? If yes I am safe.
