Configuration private server for sharing account

Good day.

I am installing private jabber server for online help to clients.
It has icq, msn etc.. transports and i have idea to share one jabber
account between two operators to help clients instantly.
What i need - message from jabber and icq, msn transports to be posted
to all connected operators on same account but with different resources.
Currently messages receives just one operator.

How can i do that?
