Plugins: Listening for Keywords

I am looking for the correct way to listen for
Keywords events (in a chatroom or chat) from a custom
plugin. I couldn't find anything in the IExodusPlugin
or IExodusController docs that looked like it would
help.

Basically, my users want a separate chat-history-like
window which would display a copy of each <message>
containing their keyword(s) (whether simple or regexp
based). Can anyone envision a way to do this within
the existing plugin facilities?
