Contact always pending?

Hi *.
I have exodus 0.9.0.0 on my pc.
I tried to use jogger (http://jabber.linux.it/jogger/index.php), but it 
seems it doesn't work fine for me.
In my exodus roster i have the contact named jogger as pending, how can 
i request authorization to change it in available?
