Just a guess here on the image but I had a similar problem with the 
brand_ad file.  I had to add the following to the .nsi to get the file 
included in the installer package.  You might try it for the installer 
bitmap file.  I chose to set overwrite "on" since I am trying out 
different graphics and performing multiple installs.

    File "brand_ad.bmp"
    SetOverwrite on
