Joe, I sent you a couple of screen shots off the list. BTW I did not create the prefs file I just did a normal install of Exodus. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Message: 1 Date: Thu, 22 Feb 2007 13:40:54 -0600 From: "Les Seigneur" <[email protected]> Subject: [Exodus] RE: Exodus and Vista campatablilty To: <[email protected]> Message-ID: <002601c756b9$5e647990$1b2d6cb0$@edu> Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Joe, There is no path in Vista that begins with C:\Documents and Settings. Pathing in Vista has changed from XP. My exodus.xml file is in C:\Users\USERNAME\Appdata\Roaming\Exodus. Could the new path in Vista be the problem? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Message: 2 Date: Thu, 22 Feb 2007 08:47:03 -0700 From: Joe Hildebrand <joe-bvCY4hpNeH/[email protected]> Subject: Re: [Exodus] Exodus and Vista campatablilty To: Discussion list for all things <[email protected]> Message-ID: <95DAC202-815C-48A3-8C1E-F9E74AAE1DF9-bvCY4hpNeH/[email protected]> Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8; delsp=yes; format=flowed You might have an existing configuration file in: C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Exodus\Exodus.xml with incorrect dialog box preferences. Can you give more detail about how the form looks incorrect?
