Problems with delphi install.

I am having a problem compiling the source using the instructions on the =
website.

5. Unzip tntUnicode.zip from the Exodus\Exodus\Components directory.
6. Open
Exodus\Exodus\Components\tntUnicode\Packages\BDS4\TntUnicodeVCL_Design.bd=
sproj
7. From the Project Manager, Right click, and select Install.

At this point I get an error saying=20
'[Pascal Fatal Error] TntUnicodeVcl.dpk(31): E2202 Required package 'vcl'=
 not found'
which relates to line 30 of TntUnicodeVcl

Can you help? I have delphi 2006 vcl only. Do I need delphi.net as well?

8. Open Exodus\Exodus\Components\ExComponents.dpk
9. From the Project Manager, Right click, and select Install.
10. Open Exodus\Exodus.dpr
11. Click "Build Exodus"
