Re: File transfers with Webdav in Exodus 0.9

Here is more detailed information about the error messages we get when 
sending a file.


- On the sender

The File Transfer Manager dialog displays "Waiting for connection...". 
Then an error message says "The recipient XXX refused your file: YYY."


- On the receiver

The File Transfer Manager dialog displays "Negotiating with sender...". 
Then an error message says "Exodus was unable to connect to any file 
transfer proxies or the sender".
