It's possible that the preference you're using on the sender for using WebDAV is
not getting propogating through the code correctly.

You are correct, you just need ports for 5223, and whatever you use for HTTPS.
Note that the for all my testing, I only ever used port 80 for the port, never
tried to use HTTPS.

>From the looks of the messagings your seeing on the recipient side of the file
transfer, it looks like the sender is not sending the proper XML.
