Can I recover my account?

Hi!

Some time ago my computer broke and I lose all passwords, including from my account. 

So, I tried to recover sending to [email protected] a mail as says at the FAQ section but I haven't recieved any answer. Later, I tried to create a new account, but the register page says that it has been temporary disabaled.

How can I recover my old account? How I should proceed?
