Thank you! I have made SMTask::Enter/Leave and PollVec::Empty inline and
reduced number of calls to ShowRunStatus. I hope it will speed up lftp.

I have put out lftp-3.0.4rc1 at ftp://ftp.yar.ru/lftp/devel/ , please test.
