lftp 3.1.1 fails to compile on 1.4.3 and older

Hi,

I get this error on libtool 1.4.3 and older. (EL3, RH9, RH7, EL2)

	libtool: unrecognized option `--tag=CXX'

It works for libtool 1.5 and newer (FC1, FC2, FC3, EL4).

Any help fixing compilation for older libtools appreciated :)
