you can feed it the same data buffers as you go through it, avoiding
re-reading the data again.

In theory you might be able do an optimization that shared the
rs_mdfour64 calculation results between the signature and an overall
md4sum, but the coupling would be ugly for minimal gain.

All the known bugs are in the SF bugtracker. Currently, bugs fixed in
a release are closed, bugs fixed in CVS are open with resolution
"fixed".
