When licq is run without options, it looks at ~/.licq/licq.conf into [plugins] section for the list of plugins to load. As for the CLI, you can specify -p option to load the particular plugin. In this case you have to supply -p option with the name of the lib file with "licq_" and ".so" trimmed.
