Visible and Invisible lists

I have discovered that visible and invisible lists don't seem to work
at all (user can see me even though they are on the invisible list, and
if I go invisible another user can't see me even though they are on the
visible list).  Anyone else find that?  I found a really old bug saying
the same, but it doesn't seem to have been touched recently.

I seem to be on licq 1.3.4 - perhaps this has been fixed more recently?
