End of mailing list model-peer

Because the last "real" message to the model-peer mailing list was over 2
years ago, and I've mostly been moderating junk mail since then, I've
decided to end this mailing list.

I'm sure there will continue to bee discussions and debates about Internet
peering, and future peering such as VOIP, in other forums.
